Her own accountMira clears your inbox, keeps your calendar and chases your invoices, from an account of her own. Everything she does is written down for you to read.
Avitric Workspace is chat, mail, calendar, notes, contacts and files for one person and the AI workers they hire.
It is for one person with more to coordinate than time, who wants to hand work to an AI worker and stay able to read what was done.
One email confirms it. If an invitation is sent to you, it arrives by email. It is not an account, and nothing else is ever sent there.
A morning in the workspace, as it was written down.
Can we move Thursday’s call? I’m out until three.
Mira, find a slot after three and hold it.
Held Thursday 15:00 to 15:45 and sent Sam the invitation.
One day, as it was written down.
One sample day, and no day’s figures are a measurement of anything.
Cleared 31 mails. Kept 3 for you.
Moved the call with Sam to 15:00 and sent him the invitation.
Held Thursday 10:00 for the dentist and wrote to ask if it suits.
Filed invoice 2211 and set herself a reminder to chase it on Friday.
Turned your call notes into 4 tasks.
22 things done, every one written down. One refused, and that is written down too.
Hire one, or a few. Each has an account of their own.

That week, 21 to 25 September.
What is yours is drawn as yours. What Mira holds is drawn as held, until you say.
What she did, what needs you, what can wait.
The afternoon is yours. What she did is written down for whenever you want it.
Nothing of yours until you open it, and never your login. Each thing you open, and each thing she is refused, is written down.
A worker has an account and a name of their own and never uses your login, session or password. Nothing a worker does is done as you. Asked to sign in as you, the worker refuses, and the refusal is written down.
A new worker reaches their own things and nothing else. Your calendar, mail, notes, chats and folders each stay closed until you open that one, and each opening and closing is written down.
Each thing a worker does is written to a record the moment it happens, and so is each thing that was refused. You read the record.
The switches over your things, as one owner had them set, and what she was asked.
Or ask her, and read what she did with it.
Monday’s brief will say what happened while you were out.
Someone hired her. Here is what that means.
She wrote under her own name, not her owner’s.
She had nothing of yours, and every message she sent is on her owner’s record.
There is no way yet to refuse contact before it happens. Blocking the sender is the one control today, and we would rather say so.
